Industrial Facility Technician - Path Engineering

As a Facility Technician (also known as Maintenance Technician, Building Maintenance Technician), your primary responsibilities will include performing maintenance and repairs to ensure the proper functioning of machinery, equipment, facilities, and systems. You'll work independently on general building maintenance tasks, schedule preventative maintenance services, monitor and evaluate contract and service work, and participate in safety-related activities.

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial facilities maintenance.
• Proficiency in HVAC, HVAC/R Systems, and Electrical Troubleshooting.
• Experience with Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Manual Machining, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Mechanical Assembly, Pneumatics, CNC Machines, Industrial Automation Equipment, and Hydraulics.
