TheIndustrial Engineerwill drive process improvement activities to achieve dramatic improvement in the key business metrics of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee development. Develop advanced competency in wide range of engineering methods, Lean tools, and quality standards and coaches’ employees in the use and implementation of CI, Quality Assurance, & Lean principles. Applies company methodologies and tools, engineering methodologies/tools such as product slotting, studying labor standards (time studies), layouts and optimization of flow, data profiling and analysis, and resource modeling to improve distribution and/or transportationoperations

Develop advanced competency in wide range of engineering methods, Lean tools, and quality standards.
Coachesemployees in the use and implementation of Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance, & Lean principles.
Applies company methodologies and tools, engineering methodologies/tools such as product slotting, studying labor standards (time studies), layouts and optimization of flow, data profiling and analysis, and resource modeling to improve distribution and/or transportation operations.
Provideregular reports of data and actions to measure progress against the siteobjectives.
Makes Inventory and/or Supply Chain strategy recommendations.
Works on complex problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Establishes and implements performance measures.
Work with site leadership to conduct assessments of criticalsiteand business needs.
Develop a thorough effective andtimelycontinuous improvement plan to address the top business needs at Ace sites.

What you need to succeed:
Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques asdeterminedby the role.
Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.
10% travelrequired.
B.S. Industrial Engineering or related degreerequired.
1 -2 years’ experience in Supply ChainManagement/Logistics/Warehousingor related field.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written andverbalto effectively communicate thoughts and sell ideas.
Strong organizational and collaborative skills to include team building.
Experience with profiling, quality program, incentives, etc. all systems and diagnosticsrelated
Expertisein measurement, data collection, analysis,interpretationand presentation to support decision making or change management.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Working knowledge of analytical and programming tools such as R (or equivalent), Visual Basic, etc.
Compensation Details:
$72900 - $90000 per year
