About the Role

The Industrial Engineer will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and improving production efficiency. The role includes analyzing workflows, designing systems, and implementing changes to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness. This position bridges engineering and operations, ensuring sustainable and cost-effective production.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop systems to optimize utilization of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques and conduct time studies to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks.
• Monitor and improve workplace safety standards and compliance.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in process optimization and workflow design.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
