About the Job
As an Industrial Engineer on the Customer Success Team at Slot3D, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional value to our clients through expert consulting services. You will apply engineering principles, mathematical methods, and scientific analysis to help clients design, optimize, and improve their systems and processes using Slot3D software solutions. Your expertise will contribute to increased efficiency, reduced waste, improved quality, and safer, cost-effective operations for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer success.
Responsibilities
- Process Analysis and Optimization: analyze client operations to identify areas for improvement using Slot3D solutions, develop and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Customized Solution Design: work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor Slot3D implementations accordingly, configure, and customize software functionalities to align with client processes.
- Project Management: assist in managing implementation projects to ensure they are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet all functional requirements, coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Technical Problem Solving: provide advanced technical support to clients, troubleshooting complex issues related to system performance and usage, recommend practical solutions and improvements based on engineering best practices.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: utilize data analytics to monitor system performance and identify trends, prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on operational efficiency and system optimization, engage regularly with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for further value addition.
- Customer for Life (CFL) Mindset: embrace the CFL philosophy by delivering exceptional service that fosters loyalty and advocacy, respond promptly to client inquiries, aiming for a response within two hours to build trust and reliability.
- Client Training: develop and deliver training sessions to educate clients on best practices for using Slot3D to achieve operational excellence, create training materials that are clear, concise, and tailored to the client's industry and specific challenges.
- Internal Collaboration: share insights and knowledge with internal teams to enhance overall service delivery, collaborate with the Training and Enablement team to improve training content and methodologies.
- Feedback Integration: gather client feedback on Slot3D products and services to identify areas for improvement, work with product development teams to advocate for features and enhancements that meet client needs.
- Process Development: contribute to the development of best practices, standard operating procedures, and tools that improve efficiency and quality of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, process optimization, or a similar role, as well as experience with software implementation and client-facing consulting is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering principles, mathematical modeling, and data analysis, familiarity with Slot3D software or similar industrial design and operations tools.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
