Industrial Engineer
Direct Hire, Full Time 
Pay Target $90k
Provo/Orem, Utah metro area (Onsite Monday - Friday)

Job Summary
This role will directly impact and help the productivity and efficiency growth of a manufacturing company. You will analyze and propose facility layout and planning, workforce management, supply chain management, process improvement, and operational efficiencies. While the facility is already established, they are building and growing new product lines and need to do a lot of efficiency and capacity planning (new growth).

Required Skills

• 4+ years Industrial Engineering experience
• Physical facility and layout experience within manufacturing environments
• Process Improvement experience within a manufacturing environment, and developing KPI's.
• Cost Analysis and feasibility study experience for process improvement and capitol investment (expanding facility space and/or adding additional building space(s)).
• Operational efficiency experience
  • workload analysis
  • value stream mapping
  • process flow analysis
• Quality Control standards experience – reduce/prevent manufacturing defects, compliance with industry standards
• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar

• ISO9001
• Can Do attitude
