Location: Edinburgh, IN Position: Industrial Electrician Pay: $27.95 - $32.17/hr based on experience Shift: Will train on 1st shift (M-Fr, 8am - 4pm) for approx 3 months then go to shift. Will likely work rotating 12 hour shifts so candidate MUST be willing to work days and/or nights. $10,000 Retention Bonus offered paid out in 4 increments. This position will report directly to the Plant Engineer. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, a stable work history, solid communication skills, pleasant attitude and a team player mentality. Candidates must be able to work either 8-hour or 12-hour shifts and must be flexible to work any shift, holidays and overtime as needed. $10,000 Retention Bonus offered paid out in 4 increments. What you will be doing: Install, troubleshoot and maintain AC and DC drives, PLC's and instrumentation as well as print and meters. other duties as required We'd love to hear from you if: Electrical Systems/Motor Controls (3 phase 480VAC) Solid-state Circuits AC and DC Drives PLC's and Instrumentation A good working knowledge of various mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is required Ability to trouble shoot industrial machinery using PLCs, print and meters Must have Industrial Electrician experience, preferably manufacturing - doesn't need journeyman certificate but able to work at journeyman level.
