Customer Service Representative
GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer needs in a timely manner and following up with them to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve their needs.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of three years experience in the Customer Service field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer Support- Answer customer phone calls and inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Order Processing- Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently
- Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns
- Administrative Support- Process sample requests and follow up on customer activities and assist sales representatives with customer support activities.
- Temp-to-Perm opportunities
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- $24-$26/hr.
