One of our customers is searching for an Industrial Control Panel candidate.
Summary
The control panel wireman responsibilities include the assembly of electrical components into a control panel for industrial machines. Primarily use hand tools like screwdrivers, wire strippers and crimpers. It is critical to have strong verbal communication skills, keen eye for detail, and knowledge of safety best practices.
Job Function
- Able to read blueprints and follow point-to-point wiring documents.

- Wire equipment per electrical schematics/layouts.
|
- Must be able to drill and tap.
|
- Identify and mount components.
|
- Assemble components per manufacturers specifications.
|
- Ability to understand and demonstrate compliance to general workmanship standards.
|
- Possess the initiative to be self-motivated and produce quality work in a timely manner.
|
Skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
|
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
|
- High level of motivation and problem-solving skills.
|
- Ability to be flexible and adaptive member of the IMS team.
|
- A desire to continue to improve skills and knowledge to advance within the organization.

Education
High School Diploma / GED
Additional training or certification is a plus
