-Responsibilities
1?Project Planning and Progress Management: Develop detailed construction schedules, oversee project progress, and ensure all works proceed as planned.
2?Quality Control and Equipment Supervision: Ensure construction adheres to international quality standards and safety regulations; supervise equipment manufacturing for ongoing and tech upgrade projects to guarantee quality, and independently prepare supervision reports.
3?On-site Management and Coordination: Manage daily operations at the construction site, coordinate among various contractors, and ensure smooth construction, especially in overseas project settings.
4?Cost Control and Materials Management: Manage project budgets, control construction costs, optimize material usage including surplus materials, and complete projects within budget.
5?Compliance Management: Adhere to local laws and regulations of overseas project locations to ensure compliance, enhance detailed management capabilities, and promote standardization and systematization of relevant systems.
6?System and Process Optimization: Participate in developing and refining internal management systems for overseas projects, optimize construction processes, and improve overall project management efficiency.
-Qualifications
Educational Background and Experience: A bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or related fields, with over 3 years of construction management experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in oil, chemical, metallurgy, air separation projects, industrial construction projects, and installation specialties.
Work Experience: Preference for candidates who have participated in projects in US from the client's or owner's perspective.
Language and Professional Skills: Bilingual candidates in Chinese and English are preferred. Familiarity with international construction management processes and relevant regulations, especially concerning the transportation and storage management of hazardous chemicals.
Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills to work efficiently in a multitasking environment.
Adaptability and Responsibility: Adaptability to overseas working environments, with a high sense of responsibility and team spirit.
