About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Manage large cross-functional process improvement and effectiveness initiatives that support sales, distribution, sales operations, and matrix partners.
- Participates in creation of sales performance strategies monitoring results to expectations. Facilitates results review with business leadership and manages interventions with vendors to optimize performance.
- Synthesize inputs from various stakeholders to help prioritize and deliver solutions or resolution to issues.
- Leads or participates with a matrixed team through requirements, solution design and implementation, including identification of upstream and downstream functional and non-functional impacts. Mitigates pain points and proactively addresses issues in business process.
- Engages with project teams, IT developers and administrators to enable end-to-end stakeholder needs on the platforms and supporting telephony environment.
- IFP business lead for supporting program management for call center initiatives and for developing long term roadmap.
- Translates design and implementation discussions for stakeholder layperson understanding.
- Collaborates with marketing to enable and automate campaign management and lead nurturing capabilities as well as reporting needs.
- Partners with Sale Effectiveness team to publish standards, best practices, and training.
- Communicates with business sponsors to ensure they are continuously engaged and informed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Business Administration or Marketing and/or 5 years of related work experience.
- 7-10 years experienced with B2C and B2B health insurance sales operations and supporting sales digital, IT, and telephony technology, including Salesforce CRM.
- Demonstrated skill in aligning data sets, understanding sales processes, and aligning supporting solutions.
- A bility to grasp the big picture, champion the vision, chart a course of action and deliver results. Strong problem-solving skills.
- Natural collaborator and influencer, with exceptional interpersonal skills. Thinks about how people will be affected and skilled at dealing with others. Able to influence without authority. Focused on building and maintaining key relationships to get things done.
- Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, both within and outside the business. Encourages discussion.
- Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience within individual ACA Health insurance sales operations.
- Agile Project Management Certification, preferably Certified Agile Product Owner.
- Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows, and enhanced functions.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 100,500 - 167,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
