Job Overview:
As an Indirect Auto Loan Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating credit applications from our automobile dealership partners. Your role will involve making informed credit decisions within established guidelines, maintaining strong relationships with dealers, and ensuring efficient loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate credit applications in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze information from credit applications and reporting agencies to make sound credit decisions.
- Maintain high service levels while handling a high volume of applications.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with dealership partners through effective communication and occasional visits.
- Collaborate with our operations team to resolve funding-related issues.
- Support Dealer Relationship Managers in building and maintaining strong dealer relationships.
- Monitor dealer performance to ensure compliance with our guidelines.
- Assist in resolving customer issues related to indirect loans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in indirect lending.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
