Independent Sales Consultant - Recruitment Services

We are committed to our ongoing growth in the Miami and all of south Florida and are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Independent Sales Consultants. Our focus is on connecting businesses with top bilingual French-English talent to enhance their teams.
As an Independent Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing partnerships with companies in the south Florida sector that require bilingual French employees. You will work independently to develop relationships with businesses, offering them our expert recruitment solutions. This role allows for flexibility and offers a high earning potential, perfect for sales professionals with a passion for building lasting client connections.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with companies in the region of South Florida that may benefit from hiring bilingual French-English employees.
- Present and promote our recruitment services with a focus on sourcing and placing bilingual talent.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to support our ongoing growth in local market.
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by building a consistent pipeline of client accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in our CRM.
- Attend local industry events to represent French Connection Staffing and generate leads.
- Stay informed about the local job market, trends, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within recruitment or similar industries.
- 3+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention.
- Bilingual in French and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills preferred but not required.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the local job market and key industry sectors.
- Experience using CRM tools for sales management.
- Prior experience in recruitment or executive search is advantageous but not essential.
