Inbound Supervisor - humano

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inbound Supervisor to oversee the inbound operations of our facility. The Inbound Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating incoming shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a smooth workflow in the receiving area.

Shift: Monday through Friday 7am - 3:30pm

Pay: $21 - $24/hour DOE.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution center.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with good customer service.
- Proficiency in offloading and labeling in a warehouse.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures with ability to multitask.

Must be willing to be a "working" supervisor and support the physicality of offloading containers, as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of inbound associates to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming shipments.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and other departments to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Generate reports on inbound activities, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to optimize overall warehouse operations.
