Inbound Phone Sales Representative at Senior Helpers

This role, officially referred to as "Client Services Manager" to the public, is perfect for a high-energy, competitive, and hard-working individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Those with the ability to connect with individuals during a stressful time in their life while helping them understand the solutions we offer, will be successful at this role.

The ideal candidate has proven experience with cold calling and phone sales, a passion for helping others, and the drive to excel in a sales-focused environment. While experience in senior care is valued, the willingness to learn and actively participate in the healthcare industry is essential.

• Sell services to customers with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Conduct warm outbound and cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote services.
• Respond to inbound leads immediately-this is your top priority, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Follow up on older leads to re-engage potential customers.
• Assist veterans in accessing their benefits (training provided).
• Communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus) to connect with a diverse customer base.
• Collaborate with ownership to implement effective sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on services and provide accurate information to customers.
• Build trust and confidence with customers by demonstrating empathy and knowledge.
• Exhibit an upbeat, enthusiastic tone with dynamic voice inflections.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Proven experience in cold calling and phone sales is required.
