WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Inbound Mail Clerk helps sort and expedite the Vehicle Title Processing Department's incoming mail. The successful candidate must be comfortable in a paper-based environment and can consistently meet production goals.
Duties include:
- Sort, prep, and distribute all incoming mail
- Handle DMV/collateral documents
- Track daily work through time logs
- Work with handheld scanners to log incoming mail
- Assist other vehicle title processes as needed
LOCATION + SCHEDULES
- On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office
- Schedule: Full-time, Regular position!
- Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
- No weekends

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training
- Comfortable in a paper based, productivity office environment
- Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Excellent organization skills & attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and move mail trays, up to 20-25 lbs. frequently
Compensation details: 12.5-12.5 Hourly Wage
