*manage the entire legal process, from investigation and discovery though trial prep and court proceedings representing the insurer from initial strategy through trial and, if needed, appeal. This position is for a Specialist to manage and litigate our No-Fault caseload and you must be very conversant in the nuances of PIP claims and their defenses. *Researching all applicable laws and findings, you will develop appropriate legal strategies for all stages of litigation and share them with claims representatives and insured clients. 70800.00 - 124600.00
