Corporate Paralegal - Hybrid Role and On-Site Role
Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a number of in-house legal departments in Midtown, New York City to find Corporate Paralegals who have experience with corporate, corporate governance and handling contracts from drafting to negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and management of corporate legal documents
- Assisting with the drafting, review and negotiation of various contracts and agreements
- Organizing, maintaining and tracking legal documents
- Forming legal entities and handling dissolution
- Management of all tasks related to corporate governance
- Assisting with compliance and regulatory matters when required
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Corporate Paralegal
- High level of comfort drafting various agreements
- Ability to work either hybrid or fully in office

- Must have experience supporting attorneys with M&A and corporate governance matters
- Draft NDAs and other agreements
- Experience with corporate compliance and regulatory is highly preferred
