In House Commercial Litigation Attorney at TBG | The Bachrach Group

Prominent Law Firm in Dallas is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team in the Dallas Office. This is a non-partnership track role without a billable requirement.

Will work closely with partners, associates and colleagues on a firm-wide basis to help support business development, knowledge management, profile raising and growth for the commercial litigation practice.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing and strategic plans that support the business growth objectives and requirements of both the practice group and individual partners.
• Overseeing brochures, lawyer biographies, and web content.
• Preparing and managing responses to requests for proposals and pitch materials
