Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Help clients with daily activities and encourage independence.
• Build trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
• Follow care plans tailored to each client’s individual needs.
• Work every other weekend as part of your regular schedule.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience (required).
• CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to reliably commute to Allendale, MI.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
