  • The Improvement Specialist supports the organizational core functions by helping healthcare leaders understand the nuances of the various quality initiatives by synthesizing the data and guiding the team in identifying opportunities for care improvement.

    • ADN or bachelor’s degree
  • 
    Minimum Experience
    • Two to three years of clinical experience

    Required Registration/License/Certification
    • Registered Nurse

    • Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, MS in Nursing or other clinical area)
