We are in search of a results-oriented individual to join the Centrally HR Service team. This is a client facing position where the individual will be required to communicate directly with clients via voice and web conferencing. The individual must possess excellent client facing communication skills and be able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Working under direct supervision, manages the day-to-day of services for an assigned block of accounts
- Resolve the customer service problems directly
- May support senior level client services team members
- Day to day contact for client for service needs
- Escalate client concerns when appropriate
- Assist with conducting client meetings as needed
- Maintain data integrity and quality with any applicable software on a timely basis
- Establish and preserve a solid business rapport with clients and vendors
- Discuss with clients applicable legislation and market trends
- Generate client interest in additional lines of coverage and cross serving opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years experience in industry or related field
- Strong communication skills both oral and written with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Must obtain and perserve required licenses/certifications as required
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Demonstarted ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Travel based on client and business needs
