The Implementation Specialist position will assist the CHG ECS division with implementing new client contracts. The ECS division partners with the CHG brands to protect and grow our largest customers at the client's corporate level, deliver top-quality providers at preferred prices and ensure cost containment and uninterrupted patient care. Our goal is to evolve our largest health systems into strategic business partners as we have seen this strategy produce enormous revenue results for our brands.
The Implementation Specialist position includes:
- Contract coordination and management, including includes tracking and implementing new, restructured and existing contracts, while assisting in guiding the implementation process with the Implementation Manager.
- Prepare, enter and cross-reference client facilities into the FOX (Salesforce) database which involves reviewing existing facilities in FOX, editing and/or reformatting them and manually typing the data into the system.
- Data entry and management which may include new systems and processes as the Client Digital Portal is developed and launched.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Implementation manager in new client implementation
- Complete specifically assigned facility research, cleanup and entry tasks as directed by leadership
- Accurately input and update client information in multiple systems
- Communicate with Implementation Manager, Sr. Administrative Coordinator and Leaders of Corporate Accounts to interpret facility lists and online resources such as health system websites
- Manage contract renewals and communication via FOX and within the ECS team
- Work with business partners to maintain and improve reports
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and ability to focus
- Highly skilled in Salesforce (FOX)
- Speed and accurate in typing ability
- Ability to identify inefficiencies in current process
- Ability to look for and identify duplicates and anomalies
- Perform repetitive work according to set procedures
- Skilled at time management and working in an Agile environment
Education and Years of Experience:
- Associate's degree/bachelor's degree or work experience preferred
Preferred:
- Familiarity with sales databases and/or healthcare systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Preferably Excel)
- Proficient in Smart Sheet
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $46,200 -- $111,900 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
