The Implementation Project Manager will lead internal and customer-facing projects to ensure exceptional customer experiences and high quality Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations, upgrades and enhancements. This role will drive project teams to deliver within deadlines and budget, document best practices and foster continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level customers, ensuring high satisfaction and serving as their advocate throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage multiple Enterprise HCM implementations, understanding the entire project lifecycle from point-of-sale through go-live
- Conduct weekly touchpoints and steering committee meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with subject matter experts and consultants to drive successful implementations, identifying and mitigating project risks and scope creep
- Act as a point of escalation for implementation projects, managing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and project adherence
- Drive product and process improvements, collaborating with sales to streamline pre-sale processes
- Utilize Inspire Planner Project Management Software to organize, track, and manage project tasks, timelines, risks, and stakeholders
- Provide training and support to team members on effective project management practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in managing both internal and customer-facing projects in the HCM industry
- PMP/APA Certification would be an asset
- Proven success in supporting HCM business applications, with experience in SaaS based solutions
- Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with an ability to execute
- Ability to generate a sense of urgency and rally appropriate resources to drive resolution to variety of customer issues
- Strong technical understanding of the HCM domain, with a willingness to “dig in” to work with the subject matter and expects to create solutions
- Exceptional organizational skills with clear and concise follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, project scope, and deadlines
- Strong technical understanding of HCM domain
- Experience in building best practices around project management and implementation support
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
