About the Job
The worlds leading wholesale distributor of swimming pool equipment, parts, supplies, and related outdoor living products is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join their team. This is a brand-new role, as this person will lead the implementation of a comprehensive application for managing pool supplies and services. You will be responsible for creating the implementation plan, marketing the product internally to create buy-in and adoption of the new software, and overseeing the successful deployment of the application across the organization. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience- Proven experience in project management, preferably in software implementation
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience in creating and executing implementation and marketing plans for software products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects/products simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in people and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams
- Creative and business focused clear thinker with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and be a strong, proactive team player
