The Implementation & Data Services Manager reports to a member of senior management within Client Services. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage both people and projects effectively.
How you'll make an impact:- Manages team of client support analysts and senior analysts.
- Reports to a member of senior management within claims/account management; incumbent is responsible for an area or department within the function.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures.
- Anticipates and provides solutions to the most complex client support problems.
- Allocates and coordinates resources and handles HR-related issues within the area/department.
- Directs activities of Supervisors.
- In-depth knowledge of claims adjusting business.
- Broad understanding of technology's strategic role and impact.
- Manages a variety of ongoing client support functions which may include day-to-day activities as well as more specialized projects.
- Manages staff, providing direction, setting goals, and ensuring that overall department goals are attained.

About you:
- High school diploma and 7 years of related insurance industry experience required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
