Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage high volumes of NIV/IV filings, focusing on NIW, O-1, and EB-1A cases.
- Independently oversee a large caseload, collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient, high-quality work.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients throughout the visa process.
- Coordinate with USCIS, CBP, the Department of State, and the Department of Labor as needed.
- Support attorneys with evidence collection, document preparation, and adherence to deadlines.
- Track case progress, manage records, and address potential delays proactively.
- Draft and prepare responses to RFEs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling O-1 and NIW petitions.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex caseloads.
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred, but not required.
