Position title: Immigration Legal Services Program Manager – Temporary until 02/28/2025 

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer 

Classification: Full-time, exempt 

Salary: $66,156 - $ 80,857

Opening Doors began in 1993 as a small refugee resettlement agency, and today serves over3,000 clients per year across our 5 program areas: Refugee Programs, Survivors of Trafficking Programs, Immigration Legal Services, Health Programs and Economic Prosperity Programs.

Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following: 

• Lead grants management including managing databases and spreadsheets,submitting reports and invoices, and collecting supporting documentation. 

• Lead review and refinement of Opening Doors’ Immigration Legal Services Program internal program policies and procedures. 

• Assess case management system and procedures and develop improvement plan as needed.  

• Lead regular internal case file reviews to ensure compliance with Opening Doors’ Immigration Legal Services Program internal program policies and procedures as well as any donor requirements.
