Title: Immigration Associate Attorney

Salary: $100,000 - 150,000 Base, Annually depending on experience

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Requirements

• A JD degree
• 3+ years of business immigration law experience
• Experience handling PERMs, the full range of NIV (esp. H & L) and IV petitions
• Experience with case strategy development and preparing a full range of business immigration applications for sophisticated and varied clientele
• Innovative problem solving and analysis skills
• Strong english written and verbal communication skills as well as client relationship skills
• Detail-oriented and organized: This will be crucial for case management
