Title: Immigration Associate Attorney
Salary: $100,000 - 150,000 Base, Annually depending on experience
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

We are seeking an Immigration Associate that would appreciate the opportunity to gain well-rounded US immigration experience, working with individuals as well as small and large companies world-wide. Requirements
- A JD degree
- 3+ years of business immigration law experience
- Experience handling PERMs, the full range of NIV (esp. H & L) and IV petitions
- Experience with case strategy development and preparing a full range of business immigration applications for sophisticated and varied clientele
- Innovative problem solving and analysis skills
- Strong english written and verbal communication skills as well as client relationship skills
- Detail-oriented and organized: This will be crucial for case management
