Immigration Attorney - Glint Tech Solutions LLC

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Immigration Attorney (Mandarin). The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling immigration issues, visas, immigration law, and legal issues related to immigration on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex immigration cases, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Provide expert legal counsel and customized solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.
• Assist in the management and operations of the Irvine office to meet local client needs.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar (CA BAR) license required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law, with expertise in investment-based, family-based, and employment-based immigration.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong case management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex cases independently.
• Previous experience building client relationships and contributing to firm growth is a plus.
