Sodexo's Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is looking for a highly skilled, confident, and punctual individual to fulfill an Imaging Service Engineer III role for Cone Health located in Greensboro, NC. Cone Health operates four hospitals - Moses Cone Hospital, Wesley Long Hospital, Annie Penn Hospital and Alamance Regional Medical Center.
The HTM team offers ground-breaking clinical technology services to customers and much-deserved professional growth to personnel.
The ideal Imaging Service Engineer 3 will have outstanding customer service and communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to delivering excellent repair services in an expedient manner. Experience with high level imaging devices is a must.
The Imagining Service Engineer III will possess:
- experience repairing, maintaining and calibrating medical imaging devices including X-rays, Siemens/ GE CT & MR, and other imaging equipment.
- 7+ years' experience in an imaging role
- experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices
- prior knowledge of renowned medical equipment, preferably Philips, GE, Siemens, etc.
- ability to participate in on-call rotation schedule as required

Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment
Minimum Functional Experience - 7 years of imaging equipment repair and maintenance within a healthcare environment and/or entry level of formalized training and/or equivalent military training. Significant factory-level training of imaging equipment contributing to the effectiveness of the organization. Preferred CRES nationally
