Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing direction and support to team members.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Schedule and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure reliability of operations.
- Manage the maintenance budget and track expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize equipment-related disruptions.
- Utilize CMMS software to manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor team members on maintenance best practices and safety protocols.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC and electrical controls.
- Experience with maintenance scheduling and CMMS software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of machinery and equipment.
- Familiarity with printing equipment and processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
