WM is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for Spokane Recycling Facility!
Shift: Mon-Fri 8 hour shift between the hours of 6:00AM-6:30PM
Pay Rate: $23/h

I. Job Summary
Operates a wide variety of heavy equipment vehicles that perform the spreading and compaction of construction demolition, commercial and residential waste disposed at the post collection facilities.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Operates heavy equipment in compliance with the company operating safety policies and procedures.
Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintains accurate records
Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with use of material moving equipments.
Follow appropriate standard operating procedures as guideline for operating and maintaining vehicle
Performs other duties as assigned.

This job has no supervisory duties.
IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: None required.
Experience: Three (3) years of previous experience.
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
None required.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
None required.
Experience with operating loaders, forklifts and ability to drive a roll off truck considered an asset

Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) most of the work day;

Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the work day;
Normal setting for this job is: shop or field.
The expected base pay rate for this position the U.S is $23/h. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
Employees will also receive up to _120_ hours of paid time off per year, accrued on a payroll period basis and _11_ paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
