Description
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for delivering the overall product vision, -roadmap, -backlog and -experience for our
digital transaction banking products and will manage this through the complete product life cycle. You'll be hands-on leading these
product definition and roadmap efforts with the support of UX Designers and Solution Architects.
What you actually do
Translate customer input to detailed product requirements Be in touch with customers to collect input and feedback Conduct product competitive analysis
Define and execute experiments in the quest of the perfect product experience (a hidden marketer) Talk UX with Product Designers, talk tech with Developers, talk requirements with Business Analysts, talk business with Stakeholders
Articulate the product vision and roadmap internally and externally
Be a mediator; within development teams, between business and development, and between customers and product.
Be a mentor to introduce new processes internally
Lead and contribute to roadmap discussions
Ensure team's product quality Define & implement development practices improvements
Be best the backlog groomer one can ask for, understand priorities and level of detail the team needs Where fit, act as product owner in scrum terms
Qualifications: Which boxes do you tick?
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant work experience (5+ yrs);
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban / Scrumban)
Experience working with remote teams
Domain expertise in Corporate or Business Banking.
Technical background in Digital marketing, Experience Management and complex Transactional applications Thorough understanding of the Lean approach in product development
Have led product complete lifecycle before (focus on project management and product ownership)
Advanced user of Atlassian's Jira and Confluence Experienced with tools like Usabilla, MixPanel, etc
Affinity with reports from tools like Jenkins, Browserstack, etc
