IEW Construction Group is seeking a skilled Heavy Highway/Civil Construction Superintendent - IEW Construction Group

IEW Construction Group is a Heavy Civil construction firm seeking a qualified Superintendent to join our dynamic team. IEW is committed to delivering high-quality projects, with a strong reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
2. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
3. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
5. Manage construction personnel, providing leadership and guidance to ensure project success.
6. Collaborate with project Owners, DOT, and Resident Engineers to address and resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Maintain accurate records of construction activities, expenses, and personnel.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in the Heavy Civil Construction Industry
2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
5. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges.
6. OSHA 30 Certification.
7. BS - Civil Engineer/Construction Management
