Job Description
Primary responsibilities will be establishing capacity needs, executing statistical analysis of product demand and providing insights into current state capabilities and future needs.
Experience and knowledge of capacity planning concepts and tools.
Hands on experience in organizing the upstream flows with the suppliers to improve the supplier SC performance.
Experience in setting & releasing suppliers forecast and manage logistic terms and conditions.
Experience in ensuring the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (eg. Replenishment lead time, quantity, frequency, stocking policy etc.,).
Experience in driving Master production planning in manufacturing site (forecast workload, capacity, production output & give input to supplier forecast).
Experience in organizing the downstream flows from the manufacturing plant and improve Mfg supply chain performance.
Experience in anticipating Mfg supply risks in advance & quickly re-act in collaboration with supply & inventory planner & upstream planning leader.
Strong understanding and previous experience using common supply chain systems, and the ability to coordinate facility efforts with large-scale enterprise transformations.
Experience in performing Time study, Line balancing, work breakdown activities and Perform VA / NVA / RNVA analysis & Ergonomics study.
Identify process improvement and support in productivity improvement initiative.
Knowledge on Lean manufacturing, Value stream Mapping, Total quality management, Kaizen, 5s, Material tracking Kanban, Poke - Yoka etc.
Strong experience in developing operational methods like SOP, Work Instructions, Gemba according to required work.
