We are recruiting for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Process Improvement Analyst who will have responsibility for overseeing the detailed business analysis and process reengineering projects while collaborating with business and IT leaders to define existing and new process designs. This role will oversee, analyze, and document the end-to-end identity lifecycle processes of client's employees, contractors, and service accounts across multiple platforms in a complex environment.
The role holder will have the opportunity to understand "As-is” and future state business processes, help analyze gaps, and provide recommended solutions which advance end user experiences. This job provides expertise for standard to moderately complex problem solving and in-depth understanding of system functionality.
The successful candidate will have experience collaborating across stakeholders both internally, at all levels of the organization, and externally, with 3 rd parties. As a Business Process Analyst you assess, change, and refine the identity and access management processes during the entire end-user identity lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
The IAM Business Process Improvement Analyst will have responsibilities in the following areas:
- Create identity and access management process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT Services.
- Facilitate process flow modeling to collaborate on leading practice processes, automation capabilities and end-to-end use cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the business and IT to analyze and identify improvements for current Identity and Access Management processes, while bringing inconsistencies to the attention of management.
- Create functional designs, user stories and specifications, in line with IAM leading practices, client's IAM strategy and the standard IAM processes, and provide a high-level estimation budget for the implementation of designed solutions.
- Oversee detailed business analysis and process reengineering projects
- Train staff on new approved business processes
- Assist management in the tracking and prioritization of projects in the identity and access management pipeline
- Identify and track issues and risks
- 3+ years of experience in Information Security. Expertise with Identity and Access Management is ideal.
- 3+ years of experience assisting organizations through change and transformation, helping teams to deliver and create a world-class workplace experience.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, risk and compliance and process automation.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills, with a focus on the customer, at all levels of the organization.
- Must demonstrate an agile and flexible detail-oriented approach to work with a sense of urgency; adjusting approach as required as business needs evolve
- Experience working with third-party suppliers including overseeing financials/budgets, contracts, and SLAs.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence; solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant work experience
