Provide compassionate and comprehensive outpatient care with a focus on HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, and Tuberculosis prevention and treatment.
Manage chronic care continuity, including well and sick visits, immunizations, hospital follow-ups, and treatment for STIs and other common infections.
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and oversee treatment plans for complex medical issues within internal medicine and family medicine scopes.
Required Education:
Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience
Current and unrestricted Massachusetts Medical License
Active DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
Board Certification/Board Eligible in: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Current BLS/CPR Certification
AAHIVM Certification (or must obtain within 18 months of hire)
Other Skills & Qualifications:
Experience or interest in managing infectious diseases such as HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, LTBI, and syphilis in an FQHC setting
Comfortable working with LGBTQ+ populations and individuals with substance use disorders
Commitment to serving multi-cultural and low-income populations.
Strong eMR systems experience
