**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) **Job Specialty:** Intensive Care Unit (ICU) **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Night, 3x12 **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Experience:** Minimum 2 years **License:** Registered Nurse License **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC **Must-Have:** Experience in ICU **Job Description:** - Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. - Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate medical records. - Operate and manage necessary ICU equipment. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. - Float to different units as required. - Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. - Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records. - Exhibit strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Adapt to varying patient conditions with professionalism and compassion.
