- Licensed LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in California
- Master's degree in social work or psychology
- 4+ years post-license clinical experience, including 1+ year of supervisory experience

- Coordinate client care and ensure high standards of quality and productivity
- Monitor services to meet client needs and deliver direct behavioral health services
- Provide culturally sensitive counseling and rehabilitation services
- Facilitate referrals to community resources and perform case management
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and formulate treatment plans
- Document and maintain clinical records per standards and regulations
- Participate in clinical supervisions, team meetings, and trainings
- Collaborate with the primary care team to integrate behavioral health into patient care plans
- Complete and maintain LPS 5150 Authorization certification and provide crisis intervention support
- Other related duties and projects as assigned
- Ability to perform duties described above
- Knowledge of laws and ethical standards in clinical care
- Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation
- Verbal and written fluency in English required; bilingual skills desired
- Effective communication with diverse backgrounds
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships in a multi-disciplinary team
Pay Details: $88,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
