Required:
- Overall 10-12 years of experience in IT
- Should have at least 5+ years of experience in Identity Access Management
- Should have in-depth, hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (version 7.3+) as well as common technologies used in an enterprise IAM environment such as SSO, directory services, and MFA.
- Good understanding of and experience with disaster recovery, resilient design, and high availability techniques and solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting and general cloud technologies is a plus, as well as a high-level understanding of Java
- Working knowledge in Connectors/Applications, SSF (JML Process), Business Rules, Data Aggregation, debug interface, Data Aggregation, Kerberos, SAML (Ping Federate, Azure AD), OAuth/OIDC, PKI, Symmetric/Asymmetric encryption, Hashing, integration points
- Strong troubleshooting skills and logic
- Should have deep understanding and technical expertise to apply in a hands-on environment
- Break/Fix, Provisioning & Decom, Patching, Migrations, Documentation
- Must be able to work well in an ambiguous and changing environment
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incidents and as well as handle support requests for a variety of technologies related to our IAM services.
- Executing on the improvements and automation identified by the resource or others on the team and will own small projects within their respective area.
- Responsible for the general health of the queue (resolving tickets, identifying trends, finding the technical cause of problems) as well as recommending and implementing process / system changes to eliminate incoming workload, optimizing team process, diagnosing problems to the root cause and resolving them, and escalating where appropriate.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, and cloud development is a plus.
