The Consultant should possess the following skills: Ability to work within standard Eastern Time business hours
- Capable of technical communications with subject matter experts to resolve IAM issues for assets.
- Communication skills must include general knowledge of Windows, Unix, AD, servers, routers, and applications and how they relate to IAM.*
- Able to follow documentation and standard operating procedures to complete processes consistently with high quality.*
- Has strong time management skills to complete Daily, Weekly, and Monthly tasks on time.
- Able to work in an Lean Agile environment within a self-organized team.
- Desire for challenging tasks in a work environment that changes frequently
- Experience in building queries in Oracle to extract data.
- Strong scripting or Java skills to automate jobs is a plus
- Experience in SailPoint IIQ is a plus
- Experience in Jira, including queries and testing, is a plus
Primary Responsibilities
The Consultant will work primarily in SailPoint IIQ, performing the following tasks:

- Working off a ticket queue to complete customer requests
- Engaging with customers to clarify needs
- Escalating promptly to ensure complex issues are resolved quickly
- Promoting and improving process improvements within the team
- Documenting new work processes and updating existing documentation
- Perform system/business acceptance tests for SailPoint Updates & configuration changes
- Active engagement with the Our client's team
- Minimum Requirements / Education
- Undergraduate Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Computer Science, or 4 years of equivalent experience in Information Technology
- 2-4 years business experience in Information Technology beyond the undergraduate degree
- 1-2 years experience in Identity and Access Management
- Cyber Security certifications are a plus
