About the Job
HumCap's client is seeking a IAM Delivery Manager, you'll oversee the effective implementation and delivery of Identity and Access Management solutions in our organization. Leading a team, you'll ensure IAM projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet security and compliance standards. This role demands strong leadership, technical proficiency in IAM technologies, and adept collaboration with stakeholders from various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Lead planning, execution, and closure of IAM projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate updates and milestones to stakeholders.
- Build and lead a team of IAM professionals.
- Provide guidance and support for team members' professional growth.
- Delegate tasks effectively and align them with project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define IAM solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure their involvement and support.
- Address concerns and escalate issues for timely resolution.
- Work with IAM architects and engineers to design scalable and secure solutions.
- Oversee implementation, testing, and quality assurance of IAM technologies.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
- Stay informed about emerging threats and industry trends in IAM and cybersecurity.
- Drive initiatives to optimize IAM processes and enhance efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging IAM technologies and recommend adoption based on business needs.
- Encourage innovation and knowledge sharing within the IAM team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3 years of proven experience in project management with a focus on IAM.
- Strong knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience with IAM platforms such as Saviynt, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, Beyond Trust.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred.
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
