Job Title: IAM Consultant with ISAM, WebSeal

Location : REMOTE in USA / Baltimore, MD

Experience Required: 10+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems to meet the needs of the organization.

Provide support for IAM solutions, including ISAM, WebSeal, CIAM, and Azure Entra.

Analyze system requirements and design specifications to align with security standards and regulations.

Develop and implement access control procedures and processes.

Assist in the development and enforcement of access management policies.

Conduct access and security audits to identify vulnerabilities within existing systems.

Identify risks and mitigate threats by delivering appropriate solutions.

Conduct research, analyze data, and create reports to support auditing and risk management.

Configure and customize IAM tools and systems to meet business needs.

Provide training and support to users and system administrators.

Test and audit systems to ensure compliance with security standards.

Work with other IT teams to integrate IAM systems with other systems and applications.

Document processes and system configurations for future reference and maintenance.

Stay up to date with the latest developments in identity and access management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in identity and access management.

Expertise in IAM solutions, ISAM, WebSeal, CIAM, and Azure Entra.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.

Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, policies, and techniques.

Experience with onboarding and offboarding, user provisioning and deprovisioning, single sign-on (SSO), federated identities, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged account management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Extensive understanding of IAM business processes and use cases.

Hands-on implementation and support experience with Okta SSO, MFA, and other IAM tools.

Experience with application integration using Okta and Entra ID.

Proficiency in Okta Access Gateways (OAG) and workflows.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Development experience with JavaScript, CSS, server-side languages (e.g., Java, C#), and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions.

Certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator/Consultant and Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator are preferred.

Knowledge of process and flows of Open ID connect, SAML, OAuth.

Hands On knowledge of API integration with CIAM solution for Authentication.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
