Job description

1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to understand their business requirements for application onboarding into SailPoint. Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of application-specific requirements, integration points, and data mappings.
2. Application Integration: Work closely with development teams to define and document technical specifications for integrating applications with the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. Ensure alignment with SailPoint's recommended best practices and standards.
3. Data Mapping and Transformation: Analyze application data structures and define mapping rules to transform and synchronize data between the application and SailPoint. Ensure accurate and consistent representation of user and entitlement data within SailPoint.
4. Process Definition: Define and document the application onboarding processes and workflows, including user provisioning, access request approval, and entitlement management within SailPoint. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between application owners, system administrators, and development teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the application onboarding process. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
6. Testing and Validation: Develop test scenarios and participate in testing activities to ensure the successful integration and functionality of onboarded applications within SailPoint. Collaborate with testing teams and business users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues or defects identified.
7. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation, including application integration specifications, data mapping rules, process flows, and user guides. Provide training and support to end users on the application onboarding processes within SailPoint.
