I.T. Support Specialist - Holyoke Medical Center

Valley Health Systems is seeking an experienced candidate who can work full time in a team environment and also independently, to support the Holyoke VNA and Hospice Life Care staff and systems. Core responsibilities include collaborating with the Holyoke Medical Center IT Department to ensure IT operations are aligned with current and future business objectives and supporting all staff in all settings to ensure devices and software are fully functional at all times. Candidates must be able to pivot workload to support emergent IT staff needs, prioritize and co-manage multiple projects and have excellent communication skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• One (1) to Three (3) years experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
