The Role: Life Sciences Technology Transactions Associate | Seattle, WA

We are seeking a skilled and driven Life Sciences Technology Transactions Associate to join one of our prestigious clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading innovators on high-profile transactions in the life sciences sector.

In this position, you will:

• Represent biotechs and large pharmaceutical companies in complex licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnering agreements.
• Advise clients on strategic transactions that advance novel therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies through clinical trials and regulatory approval.
• Collaborate closely with founders and scientific leaders to structure and negotiate high-value agreements.
• Draft and review sophisticated contracts, ensuring compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Were looking for candidates who bring:

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnering transactions, preferably at a law firm.
• Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership (or eligibility) in Washington State.
• Expertise: Proven experience representing biotechs and large pharmaceutical clients in life sciences transactions.
• Communication: Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Client Focus: Strong ability to negotiate and structure high-value agreements that advance both client technologies and business objectives.
