About the Job
Coconut Creek Hyundai looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with an internal locus of control to further develop, direct and implement the dealership's internet sales strategy. The BDC Manager will interview, train, motivate, guide and coach a team of Business Development Representatives. The BDC Manager will be held accountable for maximizing sales and profitability of the department to agreed levels of performance and must have the ability to create and maintain a process driven work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of BDC Department
- Recruit and train BDC Representatives
- Understand the buying profile and patterns of the typical telephone prospect
- Prepare individual statistic reports for each BDC Representative.
- Listen to and train on recorded customer phone conversations.
- Review performance and develop improvement actions
- Interface with other department heads
Skills/Qualifications
- Successful track record of performance in Automotive Dealership Business Development Center or Internet Department Management
- The ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound call volume, internet leads, and call lists
- Overall knowledge of automotive sales operations
- Display strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership abilities
