Reports To: DON
Responsibilities:
- Provides hydration to all residents.
- Meets weekly and monthly intake goals for residents.
- Documents fluid intake in a timely and effective manner.
- Will perform CNA duties when not engaged in hydration duties.
- Assists other staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be a certified nursing assistant in the state of TN.
- Must be able to understand and work with dehydration.
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents.
- Must be available to work past normal shift hours as needed.
Hours will normally day time hours. Other hours/shifts may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must have a current & active Nursing Certification. Must be a caring individual who is willing to assist in any way possible to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. Individual must be able to work independently and make decisions when circumstances warrant to meet the needs of residents and be flexible in work habits to meet needs of residents or nursing staff. Must be able to deal tactfully and effectively with residents, families and visitors. Must be able to read and understand standard English and be willing to work as part of a caring team to provide the best possible care for our residents.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES Current and active Nurse Aide Certification.
