HYBRID STATE DIRECTOR - SPRINGHEALTH- MUST BE A BCBA. - SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care.

Overview:
The Director oversees statewide services, including staff and financial management, daily operations, and policy adherence. Strong management, supervisory, and clinical skills are essential, along with knowledge of community-based services for individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities. Leadership and staff development, as well as data interpretation for program evaluation, are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage funding sources and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop annual budgets and implement accounting policies.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain client charts and manage incident reporting.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Psychologist.
• 5+ years of experience with developmental disabilities.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary Range: USD $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 / Year
