Our client, a prominent financial services organization in Ft. Washington, is looking for a Portfolio Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you'll be the vital link between policy owners and life insurance companies, ensuring seamless communication and accurate implementation of changes post-policy sale.

About You:

Bachelor's degree required.
1+ year of administrative support or office coordination experience (including internships).
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; basic knowledge of Excel.

The Job:

Serve as a liaison between clients and vendors, ensuring accurate implementation of changes and contract accuracy.
Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with the team to solve problems creatively on a client-to-client basis.
Collect and record intricate financial and policy-based data.
